We only collect data that you type into our site yourself and will never pass on or sell this information to a third party. (See notes under Technical below).
We may retain the information entered onto the Contact Form, for future reference in order to improve our products and services.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Technical
By using the contact form to send messages to us, the time and IP address of the computer sending the message is logged. The IP address is a "magic number" issued by your service provider when you connect to the internet, and for most people, changes periodically. This can be used to provide a very rough idea of your location..
We log this number because some individuals have "robots (or spambots)" - similar to search engines which "wander the internet" looking for forms to fill in. When they find a form, it gets filled in with "Spam" then we receive these "Spam" messages, sent from our own website.
It is our policy to log the IP addresses so that once we receive a high number of spam messages, we can enter them onto a blacklist, to try to prevent them from getting through.
